Once you've placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details and link to your order detail page. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can visit your order detail page to to visit the most up-to-date status of your order. Sign into your store account to get a summary of past orders and your address details.
Shipping and delivery estimates
- If your item is in stock, your order is estimated to ship on the next business day. Delivery will depend on your destination and chosen shipping method.
- If your item is in backorder or pre-order, we will estimate your shipping date before you place an order. You can find the latest shipping estimates on the Wooting Discord stock update channel.
- If you ordered multiple items including a backordered or pre-ordered item, we will ship on-stock items first on-demand. If we have not reached out to you, you are advised to reach out to us by simple replying your order confirmation email or email@example.com.
All delivery timeframes are an estimate, the actual delivery time will depend on the item details and carrier. All estimates are based on business days, unless specified otherwise.
Free Shipping Eligibility
Free shipping offer on cart values above USD 100 applies for order fulfilled and shipped by Wooting. Free shipping applies to shipping fees and does not include customs, handling or tax charges where applicable. Offer is subject to change without notice.
We ship all our order from our warehouse in Las Vegas, NV, United States. Depending on your shipping destination, shipping times can take longer and a different carrier might be used. Typically orders ship with either USPS, UPS or FedEx. International orders are often shipped with USPS.
We offer the following shipping methods:
- Free shipping/Standard: 5 - 10 business days
- Expedited: 2-4 business days
- Overnight: 1-2 business days
- International (non-US): 14 business days
We strongly recommend to visit our International store for International shipments.
Note: there's a significantly longer transit duration to Canada due to COVID. Please expect up to 30 days.
It may occur that we will make our inventory in the Netherlands warehouse available on the Wooting NA/US store. This will incur a slightly higher shipping fee for the international shipment and will ship separate from anything else that isn't from the Netherlands warehouse.
You will receive a separate tracking email, and the order will not update as expected on the Wooting NA/US store. If you did not receive a tracking number, pease contact support for the link.
When this happens, a note is added to the product description to clarify which product (variation) is shipped from the Netherlands.
The expect shipment time is between the 5 to 10 business days by PostNL Priority.
Usually these shipments go out every Wednesday. However, in busier periods we will also ship them out on Monday and/or Friday.
We made this option available to help fulfill exclusive or temporarily out of stock products in USA that are still in stock in the Netherlands.
All the shipping guidelines, warranty, and returns still apply for these items.
When the carrier returns an undelivered package to us, a full refund excluding shipping charges is issued. To purchase items that were undelivered, you will need to place a new order.
Please make sure your address information is correct before confirming your order and/or to notify the receiving party.
When can I expect my order?
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier for delivery, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including tracking number.
Delivery will take 2 to 10 business days after the order has shipped, depending on your chosen shipping method and shipping destination.

Can I have my order delivered to an address other than my home?
During checkout, you may select a shipping address that is different from your billing address. Please make sure that you keep the shipping and billing address within the same country to avoid any holdup.
We are unable to deliver to PO box.
Can I change my shipping address?
Your submitted order is sent to our 3PL warehouse for shipping immediately, so we are unlikely to amend your order. If your package could not be successfully delivered, it will be returned to the warehouse and a credit will be made to your payment method.
In some rare occasions we can still stop the shipment if you contact us immediately on: email@example.com.
The North America store is purposed for the United States and Canada. If you live within the European Union it's recommend to order from our Europe/International store.
We also ship international from the North America store, but the shipping rates are different from our Europe/International store store.
Duties & Import Taxes
If you order shipping destination is outside the USA. Your order may be subject to additional taxes, duties and/or custom fees charged by the country of destination.
For your information, you can import tax and duty free in, up to*:
- Australia, AUD 1000
- New Zealand, NZD 400
- European Union, EUR 20-40
This means up to that amount, you will not need to pay import taxes. We recommend you to to contact or visit your destination country's custom office (website) for more information.
